It not only helps you control the flow of work, it keeps track of costs and time spent on jobs. Once the job is finished Job Bag will help you to create invoices and complete the rest of the accounts. The beauty of the system is that all of the costs and charges are captured as the work is done and invoiced to the client, not overlooked and coming out of your profit.	Pre-Press Tracker Our 'Pre-Press Tracker' is a web based page preview and approval system for pre-press companies, publishers and printers. It allows clients to upload page and ad materials and view the finished article on a flatplan layout. The client can see at a glance the status of all of their pages, download pdf's of those that are ready and approve pages for printing. You save time because the system creates a thumbnail of the page as the pdf is uploaded and emails the client to say the page is ready for approval.

Manbook The 'Manbook' system for contract staff agencies allows you to keep track of time and expenses on contracts with all of the various terms and conditions (rates, markups, per diems, witholding tax etc) and to invoice the correct amount automatically. The system includes purchase ledger, cash book and nominal ledger.
