Manbook
The 'Manbook' system for contract staff agencies is an integrated contract management
and accounting system. With it you can:
- Maintain contract records with any number of sub-contracts each with
various pay and bill rates, mark-ups on rates and expenses, per diem
cost and sale rates, witholding tax on rates and per diems and foreign
VAT.
- Log time sheets and expenses against them
- Raise sales invoices automatically
- Complete your purchase ledger, cash and petty
cash entries
- Enter journals - one off, repeating or self
cancelling.
- Run the accounting reports, ledgers and cash book through to nominal ledger,
profit and loss account and balance sheet.
The price of this system is £2995 for up to 5 users and it runs on Windows®
2000 or XP systems.
